Story

At Dark Arts Coffee Foundation, every cup tells two stories; one of bold flavor and one of bold sacrifice.

It all began with Jay, a relentless explorer driven by a passion for extraordinary coffee and a deeper purpose. From the highlands of Ethiopia to the jungles of Central America, Jay travels to the most remote and resilient farms on the planet, hand-selecting beans that carry the essence of culture, survival, and craft. Every bag of Dark Arts Coffee holds more than just beans—it holds the stories of the land, the farmers, and the journey.

But the story doesn’t stop at the brew.

With a deep respect for those who’ve served, Jay and the Foundation channel the spirit of resilience into a mission that matters: supporting veterans and their families. Just as we trace every bean back to its roots, we honor every veteran by helping them build new ones—through housing, outreach, and education.
